- Enable the timeout for the top servo. If enabled, the top servo will move backwards when the color sensor's measuring cycle is longer than the defined TIMEOUT value. This is used to solve jamming issues as the Skittles get stuck in the top servo.

- How many times to retry if the color cannot be determined by the color sensor. If set to 0, then this will be disabled.
